What is Reiki?

Reiki is the energy of the universe that exists in each and every one of us. We are all united in this universal fabric of energy. Reiki also refers to the process of working with this energy to align, invigorate, rebalance and return.

Logistically, a Reiki appointment looks very similar to a massage but with less intense physical touch as the practitioner helps move and clear energy from your system.

At RFR we combine Reiki with guided meditation, breathwork, visualizations and more to facilitate the greatest amount of healing and calibration.

Reiki appointments can be done in person or over the phone. Yes— Distance Reiki for any package listed below is an option!
